One of the leading European manufacturers of fine brushes, Bürstenfabrik Keller GmbH offers its customers first-rate products for hair and body care, selected household brushes and complete ranges of pet and animal brushes.

Our modern production facilities include space dedicated to the cultivation of traditional craftsmanship. To give an example, individual pieces are manufactured using the traditional hand-drawn method.

Our quality assurance is guided and inspired by ISO DIN standards. Offering additional support to the knowledge of every single staff member, they guarantee a smooth production process.

Materials

Brushes are used in a wide variety of areas. This is why the choice of the most suitable raw materials is extremely important. Wood or plastic, natural or synthetic bristles: the decision is founded on our broad specialist knowledge.

We prefer to use materials of natural origin wherever possible.

Finishing

When it comes to finishing the wood, the use of ecological products is something we greatly care about.

All our varnishes are water-based and applied solely using the tumbler method.

The oils we use are 100% vegan. All waxes are environmentally safe, and we are working towards using only 100% vegan oils.

We create your individuality. Create your own brush design, your product family, your brand with us. Or finish your brushes with your logo or individual print.

Laser/embossing/pad printing or full surface using our wood printer: there are many ways to make your product unique.

And we have never stopped manufacturing hand-drawn brushes, the traditional way.

Packaging

As a company with an environmental outlook we try to avoid packaging where possible. If you desire, we are happy to put you in touch with an agency which can help you develop packaging with a small environmental footprint or a so-called end-of-life option (secondary use) according to your specifications.
